My selling success comes from the willingness of my sellers to be realistic about pricing. That's why I recommend a 3 month listing contract. It may take longer but 90 days gives us time to decide if we are on the same track with how to price and market your home. If you are honestly ready to sell your home, we can do it together quickly!

My buying expertise involves narrowing the search for your ideal home. I pull from our local MLS as well as check websites such as Zillow.com and Realtor.com to open options such as "for sale by owners", bank owned properties and forclosures.  I am your representative for negotiations on a home by obtaining the knowledge of the area and the pricing value.
